In this unique concept, you will find all these favorites with a modern twist and innovative presentation in a casual atmosphere. Experience our live action stations and our charcoal Robota grill, live ceviche bar, and ample tacos to choose from as well as composed salads to accompany your meal. Zest 32° is similar to a tapas or mezze bar, but with Latin ingredients to enjoy with friends and family.
This open air restaurant has elements of lime green to represent freshness and a cool temperature offset by the warmth and wonderful smell of the exposed Robota grill. The bar is not just for cocktails. It incorporates the ceviche bar and taco bar, so you see food prepared right in front of you. Some traditional elements and accessories from Peru and Latin America will be incorporated in a clean and modern design.
This is a reimagined Latin experience with what some might consider “street-food” brought to the table in a fashionable, innovative design. We will offer a made-to-order ceviche bar and tiraditos using the freshest of ingredients. Our Asian-inspired Robota grille will prepare a variety of marinated chicken, lamb, beef, octopus, shrimp, and many more “pinchos.” And let’s not forget custom made tacos with fillings such as Kobe beef, shredded BBQ pork, Angus beef, and blackened salmon accompanied by tableside guacamole and coleslaw. The dessert menu will include Latin classics and favorites with a completely new look and presentation that captures your attention.
The Latin cocktails pump up the Latino culture in one, complete sip: smooth, exotic, sultry, fresh, and colorful. Latin drinks should be a state of mind and create a sense of adventure and satisfaction. Start with a classic minty mojito or chart-climbing Brazilian caipirinha and then stumble on the controversial pisco sour, a wonderful brandy distilled from Muscat grapes. The list will include traditional beers, juices, and sodas as well as a coffee bar.
This family-style dining establishment has both counter service for takeout and full service in the dining area as well as full bar service.
TABLE AND ROOM THEME:
Contemporary and sleek banquettes, tables, and chairs with a touch of tradition giving a cool, crisp, and refreshing atmosphere. A mixture of paneled walls with brown brick and concrete, traditional paintings, and vintage light fixtures are all in the décor. We’ll have large, paddle ceiling fans and booth seating, and tables will be covered by butcher paper. We plan a mixture of traditional tableware, contemporary and custom trays, and dishes.
