Rubina Kurdian is Sous-Chef and Culinary Coordinator at JVS Culinary Group. Drawing on her five years of experience in the culinary field, she provides strategic planning, menu development, and creating innovative services to clients in the hospitality and restaurant industries.
It was Rubina’s passion and desire for cooking that led her to culinary studies at the Art Institute of Michigan, where she graduated in 2014 with a degree in Applied Science and Culinary Arts. Creating innovative dishes and pairing different foods to achieve unique results has been the core of her passion for food. Rubina has worked in several upscale restaurants honing her skills and producing exceptional culinary delights.
Rubina grew up in suburban Detroit in a family of excellent Armenian cooks. Her grandmother is well-known in the Armenian community for her culinary excellence and has been influential in her formative years as a role model. The passion and enthusiasm Rubina brings to the table make her a perfect team member at the JVS Culinary Group.
